The registry fix made my game go black and no inputs work. Task manager can't be started and I have to restart the PC. Importing my backup didn't remove the file we created so I removed it manually hopefully it my game goes down to crashing once per startup cycle. Edit: Yep, this reg edit removed the error showing up for me but it gave me crashes I had to restart my PC instead. The search continues...

Hey there I have a question, when I opened my register editor I found an extra data in the graphics driver list called "UnsupportedMonitorModesAllowed" and the value was set to one, should I delete it or change the value? I really hope you respond to this msg

Hello there, I had solved the problem and I played Shadow of Tomb Raider. Later though there has been "BLACK SCREEN" error. The whole screen is an endless black like hollow space. What can I do for it?

I've been struggling with this in every game I have its been very frustrating and I've spent well over 10 hours searching and trying things finally I gave up and tried to do a full factory reset and its still giving me the same error code I followed the steps in this video and its been exactly the same I cant get into the firing range of apex and I cant play Call of Duty if someone literally anyone has any idea what I can do to fix this please let me know thanks in advance

bro i fixed this yesterday after 1000 guide, hope is the same for u after this, go to the amd official site or write on google amd software uninstall tool and uninstall all the version of amd etc,restart the pc after the uninstall,go in device,disable in audio controller etc, hd audio , restart the pc,go in the bios and restore default settings,good luck

This game was working fine for a week and this error pops up. After doing the registry part now it freezes. Manually updated graphics drivers and still freezes. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Backed up the registry file and tried to import the file and i get an error stating it wasn’t written correctly. 😳

AYOOO DON'T DO THIS. It'll fix it for a moment but you're basically turning off your GPU's protection. It can ruin your GPU.

There is no way around it guys, planned obsolescence is not a conspiracy for the tin foiled. Basically it's a driver issue caused by new kernel calls added by Microsoft on win10 since win11 release, these are messing with ALL drivers. Windows is not an OS, is a Service and data mining software with the sole purpose of selling your info to advertisers so you can get better shoes Adds. They make order of magnitude more money from advertisers that selling copies of windows, why is it mostly free, did you ever wonder? Either update your windows to latest version and latest update or deal with it, another way is to move to linux but they have that under control as well by intentionally limiting the features you get on linux. For example, AMD User interface does not exist, so you can't use VSR hotkeys and stuff (just the basic driver in the background). Nvidia driver is just crap on linux, and that's on purpose. They got you by the balls !!

Mine's GTX 1650, can you imagine it still crashes. The only game i can play without getting an error code is Valorant I guess that too crashes sometimes. Yeah I have Windows 11 and update all the damm drivers through GeForce experience and device manager none of this shit works, I miss when I use to play Apex peacefully in 2019-20. The game use to run so smooth and error free
