I'd say I've been disappointed 99% of the time. Shops figure if you don't see it it's okay. Except when you have to work on something they didn't do and find the shoddy work behind the door panels you have to remove, or spend a couple hours fitting a grill properly because they didn't do it. Usual response from body and dealers, and smog places is we didn't break that it was like that.

I use to work for a company like 13yrs ago I use to inspect the inbound and outbound for rentals & sold tractors. We started inspecting with tablets I would take pictures of the tractors from front to all around inside and parts. For missing parts scratches. If there was something wrong I would inputted in the comments that would go through the system to the sales department the service writers it was a very good app. Now that I went to another company that also uses an app DVIR for our own use of trucks. I told them about adding a picture tab so it could save a lot of time for the mechanics to understand the drivers concern and get to the point quick and fix it faster. Since we deal with different languages in California sometimes by a picture can speak and understand and help with communication. Well everything costs money to add in the app. I get it but also time is money & money is time. That is a great app that a lot of businesses can benefit from it.

It doesn't look to be available from the app store, only from FinalQC. It's subscription based from them.

Chip will you consider doing my 1967 Fastback Stang Pro Bono... At least 1 car should go down in your history books as a Pro Bono Project! My car is certainly worth it and worthy of a Pro Bono treatment!!! Car was restored in 1995 and still holding up pretty good but, just needs a face lift... What-ya-say?
