This video is legit. Working as of November 2023. The solution for using safe mode and using the disc clean manager helped. Then going to command prompt and sfc /scannow. Thank you, Crown Geek!!!

I recently installed a software for video editing and ran into this problem. What worked for me was instead of clicking on “Uninstall latest quality update” i click on “uninstall latest feature update” and that worked for me. I was on windows 11 I do not know if it will work for windows 10. Hope this helps!

Guys. Here's how I fixed mine : - Go in "Startup Settings" - Choose #8 (disable early launch anti malware) - Now you have access to your computer. If you restart, you will be stuck in the same loop... I figured out it was an issue with my antivirus. I deleted it completely (you only need Windows Defender anyways) but I think you can also fix the problem by not allowing it to start on launch (check the options). Good luck !
