Fix Bricked Flight Controller Not Flashing Firmware (STM32 ) inav, betaflight, ardupilot, etc.

I replaced the F411 on my Matek f411 wse from another board. The original fault was that the previous owner of the board connected the Camera in reverse polarity and cooked the FC. The F411 chip had a little hole in it and the board would get really hot and no lights would come on. Now the red lights come on, and a device is recognized by windows 10 but it says the device malfunctioned. When following your steps with this program it doesn't get recognised as a USB device and DFU impulserc driver fixer also does not work. Very sad, any tips on other components I should change?

CPU Broken I think, If u have multimeter u can measure it, Using continuity mode, Measure on 3.3v pad and ground, If short, that 100% Cpu failure
