I assume it is the type with a stationary “heater” unit and a pipe that connects to the outlet on top, and a bonnet/insulated hat at the other end that you put on your head and it drys your hair, looks like someone’s head is too big for the bonnet to leak-vent the hot air = causing the thermal fuse to blow
