I can't download stashing for iOS 9.2 9.3.3 it gives me the same error codes " failed in buffer _ write (fd)m(8, ret=-1)" AND "sub-process/user/libexec/cydia/cydo returned and error code (1)" What the **** is that?

Delete some of your tweaks and install the stashing one and reinstall the tweaks that you had installed

No. It's just down temporarily for you. Try to refresh the source later. It's one of the main repos. If you delete it, several tweaks that have dependent from Zodtt will not work

For the database one there's actually a second reason. So I had the sub-process error code and someone told me to erase my iPhone data. As soon as I did that my phone was completely erased but I still saw Cydia and the other tweaked apps so I decided to "rejailbreak" then once I did that I hopped onto Cydia and with out even loading it gave me that database error. Plz help me this is very very frustrating

Stick with older jailbreak.new jailbreak is unstable and also semi-untethered(which means you need to rejailbreak every time after battery dies).older jailbreak has many working tweaks than new..i would personally stay with older jailbreak.good luck.
