If you are getting "trying to overwrite /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries" error:
1. Open Filza
2. Go to /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries
3. Remove 'DynamicLibraries'
If you are getting "missing var/log/apt" error: Open mTerminal and enter mkdir /var/log/apt

What if I can't open cydia at all? I've tried everything from reinstalling the yalu app multiple times and turning the phone on and off to try to "re-jailbreak" from the yalu app with no luck, it's an iPhone 6 on 10.2 and I have seen a lot of people with this same problem

Don't remove it instead try this, I had this issue (trying to overwrite '/library/mobilesubstrate/dynamiclibraries', which is also in package com.saurik.patcyh 1.2.0) and the only which fixed was downgrading Cydia version to 1.1.29 and then upgrading it back to 1.1.30
