This is actually good information. I've seen a lot of stuff in my life both as a dental tech and a trauma patient. Most of it is advertising.. Unfortunately, the commercials that play in this presentation are full of mis information.

This was an amazing video. Very interesting. I have all my n own teeth minus one wisdom. As I age, I am getting recession in the front mainly my four front bottom teeth. After watching this amazing service you did on this person - I realize, there is hope! You are a skilled artisan at your craft. I havent found a dentist in our area who is skilled like this. I'm 15 having this trouble with my front tooth, I chipped it a few years ago and I've had my crown in since 2017 and now I can feel my gums around my fake tooth moving back.

I have 11 dental implants. After just 4 yrs, all the bone is receding around the implants. All the bone is shrinking.There is no infection, and the implants are not loose. My family doctor didn't think it was necessary to have my Vitamin D checked, and when another doctor did check it,, it was down to 14. now with supplementation, the Vitamin D is coming back up. Could this have contributed to the bone loss? What is your opinion?

I also have an old style implant. In order to cover the metallic root my doctor extended the tooth with a artificial gum and just glued it . I wish I had a modern implant. I have to throughly clean this part every day and I am glad that at least my upper lip is low, so that nobody can see the artificial gum

Would it not have been better to remove the implant and then do a bone graft with tissue graft before replacing a new implant? I’m not a dentist, but i think by doing it this way, wouldn’t you be able to see final implant settlement more predictable when it comes to implant threads showing?

Hello Dr . I see all your videos . I live in dubai and done 21 days before All on 6 .and got acrylics teeth same day . After 10 days got permanent teeth zarconi . Can i show you my xray done after 10 days and Doctor told me all is going fine : i wanted you to see and tell me is all going good ?

I have four implants on the bottom all in the front and in the process of having a permanent bridge made. The lab guy came back and said he can’t make a successful bridge without it breaking because the two middle implants are higher than the outer ones. His suggestion is to have the two middle implants removed and reinserted. I am at the end of a long dental journey, my top bridge is a success and perfect and these two implants on the bottom which have only been in for 5 years are causing a problem. I do not want these implants removed, there in solid with no other problems, do you have any suggestions, thanks.

Wow I got my front top implants when I was 16 iam now 40,and I have never came across a dentist that new what to do or wanted to help.I have the pole showing,and the a little bit of the receding around the others.

Hi, I had implant 11 years ago on my upper second molar. The molar was removed 9 years before implant and I m having now pain by pressing on gum ,my implant cap was loose and I don't have enough soft tissue around gum ,what should I do. Doctor is suggesting bone grafting or implant removal

After having implants? It was probably because there was not enough bone or gum around the front of the implant when it was placed.

@@drgurssehmi So implant was placed 10 months ago and it was all fine. the gums receded within one month of placing the permanent crown. The size of implant is 04.5XH11.5R (Osteem brand), from the size atleast it looks like there was sufficient bone around (that's what another dentist told me)

Most likely it's non ideal implant placement. Was it done with guided surgery? Check out my videos on implants at the front of the mouth and guided surgery.
