5 years later and this guy is still helping people. Dude I just massaged my tricep a bit and whatever I was feeling in the elbow is gone. This doesn’t feel real. I don’t know if it’s a temporary effect but so far so good. Thank you 🫡🫡🫡 Edit: pain is back 🥲 but it comes and goes. The massage has a temporary effect of sorts. Still better than nothing.

@@marcusson1983 I would massage and stretch out the anconeus first with my fingers then use a roller on my tricep. Then do tricep exercises only lightly thought as its for recovery. Using a full range of motion I used a resistance band start with your hand touching the top of your shoulder and straighten your arm out fully. The anconeus engages right at the start and at the end of the movement. Or u could just use a light weight and do tricep extensions. The pain went completely after just 2 days once I started exercising it. It ceased up for me after I pulled my tricep and gues it just needed to be un ceased once my tricep had healed.

@@matheus360h not many just 3 to 4. Something also to consider if you have pain at the tip of your elbow is the ulnar nerve. If this has pulled you will need to do ulnar nerve glides.

Thx man, this was the most helpful video I've found. My bow arm has had tricep tightness for weeks and i just released it. I've had the lateral tendinitis once before and it lasted years because my work life is heavy and relentless. I had to stop what i was doing for a full 12 months to rectify it. Most likely from an injury but if it cracks with no pain at all then it’s air inside your fluid which isn’t bad but it gets annoying or one of your ligaments/muscle got moved or pulled and now it touches with the elbow which causes the elbow and muscle to make that popping

Yes I have the same problem it almost feels like something rubbing or like something may pop but it doesnt hurt and once I get warmed up with a few reps of light tticoe push down and get blood in their it's usually fine . It just scared me bc I thought something was really wrong

Hope you can help... I fell on my back and hit both my elbows when i landed. I can move my arms and don't feel pain. But when I bump the back bone on something It's excruciating. I can extend my arms, do gym etc, but only when I bump or lean on elbow bones does it hurt. Do you think something is broken, fractured or just need time to heal? I bought an elbow brace for each elbow now and also applied Deep Freeze. Will see if this helps. It's been about a month since i fell. I can't afford doctors or x-rays. Thanks and hope to get advice or feedback from you or anyone.

Now that I found your video, I am sure it is my Anconeous. I can push on the point of my elbow and I can feel it moving around, and don't have it on my other elbow. I did have an MRI that showed everything normal, aside from a common flexor tendon strain. Is this something the MRI missed, or the radiologist missed, or just not that big of a deal?

Hi, I fell off the back of my dirtbike doing a wheelie and landed on my elbow on the tarmac 3 weeks ago, it was pretty bruised and swollen, but I have previously broke my other elbow and it wasn't anywhere near as bad and i could still move it so I believed there was no need for hospital (as last time with a broken elbow all they did was have it in a cast for 2 weeks then tried to get me moving it again straight away) it feels like a tendern or nerve or something right on the point of my elbow that is causing extreme pain what do you recommend?
