You just reduced the life of the printer. Power cleaning is the last alternative after a series of constant printing on paper.

You went right to "POWER CLEANING". It is "the highest level". Another video I watched said to do that LAST. Because it uses 1/3 of the ink ! And it is super hard on the machine. Why not start with "HEAD CLEANING", "NOZZLE CLEANING" first ?

You're going to need to put more information than this. A factory feature will not cause the printer to explode. Power cleaning _will_ use up some life span of the internal sponges, but it's better to use this up than throw out the printer!

Mine will print some forms on my desk top, but will not print online forms, they print with no lettering. It's new printer. I am ready to put a hammer to the printer.
