Fix error light problem on Epson P50, R285, T60, T50 - CD tray sensor jam

Error lights:
ink/paper lights flash together 2 times
ink/paper lights flash alternate 5 times
Cause: CD tray sensor has become jammed and just needs to be released.

You did it. I could not figure out how to get the CD tray to work. But I needed to read your website suggestion to realize that until I clear the pending printing jobs the CD printer will not reset. Thank so much.

+chaim meiersdorf I hadn't considered that as we rarely, if ever, do disk printing but I can see how the print queue would have that effect. Thanks for feeding that back. I'm sure it will have helped someone.

I have an L800 printer when ever i try to print pvc dragon sheet the printer says paper jam error or no paper ! RED LIGHT APPEARS.. i have tried all the stuff .. changing material and other ....any solution... or HOW TO Turn off optical sensor for paper sense

+Inderpreet Singh ... Missed your earlier comment but unfortunately don't have any answers anyway. The paper sensor needs to be active for the printer to function anyway so what you might want to consider is whether you can affix your pvc media to a carrier sheet and maybe get around the problem that way...
