Use the Event Viewer, and it will state which folder is causing the issue. Open the properties of that folder, and go to the security tab. Check the ownership, if you are not the owner of the folder, then you have to Add yourself and give the full control permission. make sure explorer is not crashing after reboot.

This is a third party program issue check your PC with a good anti-malware program. And uninstall unknown software from your computer. Check your system process with task-manager, copy each system process on google search and check it is a safe process. As well as you should take a deep check on the process which is not included with system 32 folder ( Right click each process and Open file location ). If the file is located outside of the system 32 , it might be a third-party file.
