Hi..i have a quetion..I have a old laptop hp compac6910p..When I turn off the computer, it says on the screen: waiting for background programs to close.. it always says so..When the computer is turned on, there is always a notification sound, that is, in my opinion, some program is not closed, but I can't understand it. What should I do?

Uhmmm.. Ive followed it all, By doing regedit and explorer but they just keep crashin, I have Black screen with windiws explorer stopped working when i run the file that im gonna type windows task manager will crash, ir rather stopped working.

Mines worse, I've given up all hope, trued every tutorial. When I click task manager it shows a blank page. Then I search for explorer, through browse after clicking it, crashes again.

@@knives5964 create a new admin or guest account by press f8 and then open windows with safe mode and command prompt and then create new admin 😊
