Thanks for the comment. I tried some of the methods but then all Adobe programs stopped opening. Now that I fixed it, I tried using Radio Silence and it seems to be much easier. Thanks for sharing your knowledge! Its a shame but it didnt work with my setup. Ive got a macbook mid 2015 with osx 12.7.2. and adobe 2024 creative suite. Perhaps it is because i'm not in the warning fase anymore but in the expired fase. I appreciate your detailed comment. Well, Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe apps will work according to the operating system and the versions. It is not always necessary that Adobe 2024 will have AdobeGCC file. It also depends on the apple versions, such as Sonoma or Ventura versions on macOS. Adobe 2024 is the beta version depending much on the Internet due to generative fill options and other AI integrations. I recommend you to revert back to Adobe 2022. Of course, Beta versions have AI that will need Internet and genuine software subscriptions. Without subscription you can’t use these features so just get back to version 2022 or the older one. In your case it seems you had genuine subscription which expired now and you need to renew subscription. Everything on your osx 12.7.0 was genuine. My video is bit different of those who use genuine adobe suite subscriptions. I can’t type whole lot details here coz you know the KZbin policies. Simply! My solution is about the adobe genuine integrity issues caused due to the 3rd party software providers. You have two options. 1) pay again to get Adobe subscription 2) remove all adobe apps from your mac and also clear cache and temporary files. Clear leftovers related to adobe. Then use other sources to install any adobe App -- you know what i mean

My Microsoft Student account with 1TB storage suddenly stopped because my former university didn’t upgrade subscription as i was using an official account provided by the university, so I lost data on my OneDrive. the problem is not just adobegcc file. there are multiple extentions. follow the complete video and one of the procedures will work. for me the end solution works fine. you also go to setting and check what programs are allowed on login. remove adobe if that is allowed there. adobegcc file is also not available on my mac but it works. so follow all steps and one of them will definitely work for you

Well, thank you for posting the details. You cannot revert back to 2019 version but yes, of course you can download the new copy from any third-party source. If you definitely have to use Sonoma version then it’s OK but you can still revert back to Ventura or other macOS versions. I have a dedicated video on my channel about downgrading macOS. I have different Adobe versions on my OneDrive, but unfortunately, I am out of China these days to visit my hometown. So my OneDrive (on chinese store) link doesn’t work, otherwise I could help you with a download link. Try using radio silence app to block Internet for Adobe extensions. It is most probably due to the Internet, trying to connect Adobe to the server.

I tested adobe 2022 in this tutorial and turned off wifi. After turning it off, i started Adobe app and then turn it back on. It doesn’t show that error in that way. But yeah! At the time of opening App, i need to turn it off. For some other users GCC option works. So, all these 7 methods are essential for multiple users and one of them will definitely work. It works differently for different users using macOS versions. Believe many chinese use Windows XP here in China in 2024. So, let’s have something for those dudes too 😂

It’s not the problem with a VPN coz i use or don’t, this error will appear on my Mac in the same Dutch language. I also used netherlands location coz i need VPNs in china all the time. These days am not in china and the error is same in dutch language without having any vpn. So the problem is with adobe trying to access internet. Locate sai_helper and delete it. Also turn off wifi and open adobe then turn it on once adobe started properly

If we need generative, fill in photoshop and other adobe apps then of course that will not work without the internet and paid subscription. None of these work except turning off WiFi. Why did it work before for me? After trying to install premiere pro, this pop up happened to my photoshop and now none of these programs work. Unfortunately, there is no direct way unless you pay for the Adobe Apps. But don’t worry disconnect Wi-Fi while opening any Adobe app and once app is initialised, connect to the Wi-Fi again. This is the matter of pressing one button.

My premiere pro version doesn’t cause any problem in my case only Adobe Photoshop is causing these problems. You don’t need to keep the Internet “switched off” for the entire time u use any adobe App. Just turn it off and open the adobe app. Then, turn it back to normal. For your convenience, go to mac settings and switch on the toggle to show WiFi button on the top right corner of your mac

@@hunchostunnah I guess it’s not about the location. It is more about the AI integration into Adobe. As you know, Adobe has tested new Beta versions such as generative fill, and so many other tools. These tools are more likely to be integrated with the Internet. In a result, tools will work with the genuine subscription. In the meantime, problems started with Sonoma versions on MacOS. I don’t know which Macos version you are using, but the problem on my MacBook started after upgrading to Sonoma version. Of course Apple is also updating security measures and things on how different software behave on macOS.

Nothing works. Last method isn't an accepted method, can't work without internet.
