Hey Dr B - I have finally arrived at (almost) the end of my journey. I am now in the “retainer” phase. I must say, my ortho did a spectacular job. My only regret, I did not do it sooner. Thank you for your encouragement along the way.

I thought I was the only one to get these! 😅 I found a good way of getting rid of those 'condensation spots' is to suck on your teeth/trays until they go away, haha!
