Just FYI. I later found out it was the front camera causing this. As I have a few times at work. Changing the camera, or removing it temporarily allowed the phone to boot up normally.

This problem could eather be the front face camera or proximity sensor. Or even worse it could be a nand issue, which might be expensive to fix.

I struggled with this problem for some time but I 've finally managed to get this error by doing the following steps: I removed the motherboard and toothbrush dipped in alcohol have very little ster absolutely all jacks after I mounted the plate place and I just connected to the charger jack , the other I have not connected , I connected to itunes and I gave restore and finally we succeeded.

Make sure your front camera is not faulty. Or the screen connector. Those are the two things that mainly cause it. Other than that I’m not sure

I would change it all. It comes together usually anyways. If you don't then you'll have a hard time. So yes get from camera and flex assembly.

Но на этом беда не закончилась, затянув его домой он набрал комнатную температуру и начал опять перезагружаться, а сделал следующее разобрал до болтиков снял материнскую плату, под рукой флюкс офа небыло, поэтому было принято решение взять автомобильное средство WD 40 после чего над раковиной всё это промыл и потёр зубной щёткой, потом просушил строительным феном, и айфон ожил. Предупреждаю что всё перечисленное делаете на свой страх и риск. Надеюсь был полезен.

Thanks bro it worked. i tried without the LCD it didnt work though but then i disconnect the power button connector and replaced the battery with LCD being disconnected and its up and running with its old LCD and battery now.

i had the sim card removed cause i thought it was dead (i dropped it in a lake), but after a long period in rice it is now able to turn on. i can get it into recovery mode, but the same error shown in the video happens to mine. my phone is all original parts, unless that includes the sim card. could removing the sim card play a part in this error?

Hey. With those models I have seen it after I change the power cable flex. Also from a screen replacement. It's hard to find out what exactly. You need to try unplugging certain cables and see if it starts up. If nothing on the phone had been replaced the. You can't do much else. Hope that helps

Kristijan Dimitrovski yeah you carefully put it in a box and place it in direct sunlight and slowly back over it with a car if that doesn't do the trick heat it up in microwave and should restore itself :) hope i helped .

+iFixApple it was not water damage, iOS 9 crashed my device. After talking with a Senior advisor at Apple Inc. I was able to get a free replacement. +MrKingJumbo if there's any chance this could be the case, I suggest calling AppleCare and asking for a Mr. Andy Riccado.
