God of War is a demanding game I remember playing on my locality's ps4 along with Uncharted 4 when both games were ps exclusives back in 2019 sadly their shop closed before I could complete any of the games 😢 Now it's good that both games are coming to pc I guess I can play both after I get a budget graphics card 😊

I have 12 gb of ram, and the max I'm able to get was 18 fps. Pretty helpful tips. The game must be pretty difficult to mod if people have not made low graphics mods. People say Elden Ring has performance issues but it runs better than most games requiring 8 gb ram on my system whereas it requires 12 gb ram minimum. Idk why this game runs so badly and slowly. Had the same issue with Wo Long, Fallen Order and The Quarry despite these having lower minimum reqs than ER, maybe it's because I have no ssd. It's just frustrating because I upgraded my ram this year from 4 gb and it's been good being able to run games like DS3 properly but can't run some of the games I truly wanna play like I haven't been all these years. Thanks for the guide anyway. I'm getting rid of it but I enjoyed the few hours I've had with it.

More ram will never give you a big change for gaming at this point unless you got ton of process running in background while be on win11, only igpu take advantage of that. Same as noob than buy 32-64gb of ram for "gaming", a small cpu with a good gpu is the only thing than you need to pay attention for cheap pc gaming.

For people with potato PC.. Go to setting and Set every setting of the game to lowest with custom graphics. Also make sure to keep the game in performance mode, with no blur and film grain etc. Now go to pc setting and find resolution of the windows. Set to 1270*720 something. I played GOW RE2remake RDR2 and some previous generation games like Witcher3 Alien Isolation FarCry4 (2015-17these old generation games ofcourse played much better) in my potato PC.. surprisingly with some few tweaks these games played well. And also even some more older gen games which runnned very smooth like MetalGearRising AC4 2011-14 era games.

On the lowest settings you'll have 5-10 fps maybe, if you lower the resolution to 800 × 600 you might get 20 fps. Also I would recommend using LowSpecExperience with it as it'll further optimize the game. After all this you might get 30 fps
