Can you help me? My furby will work when I press the reset button, but no matter how many times I shake it, feed it, or pull the tail it won't turn on/wake up. I can't put the back cover on it because the only way to get it to work is pressing the reset button. Can you help me? I want to be able to wake my furby without resetting it

No. That is not right. Any furby boom can broke easly. I have TWO sweet waves model furby and they are BOTH broken with the same problem: motor broke...

Internet Frog | open where the batteries are, you'll find a green spot, that's the button.
