Veo al final del video que vos tampoco pudiste solucionar el problema. Al principio lo hiciste con 2 hojas y se te trabo despues de la limpieza y todo lo demas lo hiciste con 1 hoja que se lo hubieras echo con 2 hojas se iba a volver a trabar me doy cuenta por el sonido de la impresora. La solucion para este problema esta en el solenoide que hace girar el rodillo de alimentacion de hoja. El solenoide al trabajar hace que una chapita se pegue al campo magnetico entre medio hay una especie de goma no se que funcion cumple pero con el tiempo esta se pudre y queda pegajosa. que pasa al accionar el solenoide este hace qirar el rodillo de alimentacion cuando se apaga se queda pegada y el rodillo sigue girando esta es la causa de que traben las hojas yo lo solucione limpiando entre medio con trapo con alcohol y un pedazito de papel para que se pegue en la goma pegajosa. No soy tecnico y perdon si no me entendieron. ( la ubicacion del solenoide esta si lo miran de frente a la izquierda donde estan los engranajes ) Busque por todos lados la solucion y no la encontre!! Pero al final llegue a la Solucion. Saludos desde Argentina

The problem is when you put 2 or more papers, The printer do the job well if you put one by one

This test is uncomplete. The problem occurs when you put more than one page in the printer. Its not solved

Yes could be for that u have to open the printer, that is horrified think u want to do, repair printer is worst i prefer to repair 100s of notebook instead of 1 printer. At least u can use this one. normally i tell my clients for throw printer in trash when it start to do problem coz its headache.

I solved the problem. Its a solenoid that blocks the paper feed after one turn. It remains stuck, and its cased by a little piece of plastic.

Hi Garima, Dear those cover u open close them properly, open and close few time hope it will fine, if u can than open all and clean a bit but be careful don't do nothing extra ordinary, best of luck : )
