Thanks ! I just fixed mine. It was indeed the gear. It had simply moved to the left & disengaged. The rollers now spin. Fairly easy to slide it back into place. At least it'll last for a little while.

I have problem with pickup roller, it move down but don't turn on , and say out of paper

Do the rollers spin? If the do not, the problem is with the gears in the pick up assembly. It is very hard to get to to replace or find a part. Cleaning the rollers usually take care of the issue. Good luck.
