Muchas gracias amigo. Hice lo mismo y me funcionó. OJO, este mensaje de error también se muestra porque a los cartuchos les falta tinta. Yo lave el cabezal (lo deje remojando en agua ligeramente caliente 5 mins y lave con cepillo suave de dientes sin tocar la placa pines, lo purge y seque con una secadora de pelo con aire caliente) pero inicialmente seguía apareciendo el mismo mensaje de error (colocar cartuchos de configuración), entonces rellene los 4 cartuchos que son aún los originales y los tengo desde hace 12 años y jalo excelente la impresora. I'm not sure. A few years back they did. This may be an outdated model for HP parts supply, that's why you will have a better chance at finding it on eBay or Amazon.
