Nice work, but for all the time spent on time...easier to just buy another one. If the tool were more expensive I would fix it.

If you don't want to go through the trouble, at least donate the tool to someone who might be able to fix it. We live in a sad society that prefers to buy new over fixing a perfectly fine machine.
