So I tried to get my left bud to charge for a while now and almost bought a new pair, but the trick of trying to move it in the charging case until the light remains red actually worked. Don't give up on your buds too fast.

THANK YOU, I had to hold down both buds for about 10 seconds and light started flashing and the left bud was still not "visible" and no battery, I did the unpair and re-pair process twice and again held down the buds together and 2nd time it worked the left bud started charging again, YAY! Super happy thank you!

Thank you. Your video works after I have seen 3 similar ones. You have a new pointer putting the problematic one in its cradle and rock it a few times. The light turned red and stayed red until green. It simply wasn't charging..

Wait, why did this work, please 😭 My right earphone was showing an exclamation mark when connected when I'd literally just used them a couple hours before and I was so confused so obviously came to KZbin and found this. Thank you ❤ They didn't flash red or flash green but it I rocked it in the cradle for a bit and pressed down on them and now it's came back. Thank you 😩❤

Had the same problem. Neither of my buds worked. Samsung had me send them in for repair. I was told I was two months past the repair period. I would have to pay 109 US dollars to fix. That's like buying them again. I said no thanks. They shipped the un-repaired buds back. Never again Samsung.

@@mentalconstruction Yea, they were broken. Newegg is where I got them, I'd imagine they didn't know the ear buds didn't even work and were being sold. I returned them and got new ones. They work so far lmao

On my Galaxy buds2 I had this issue, you fixed it with me pressing and holding down on both buds in the case till it flashed.. then I connected while it was flashing and it worked

Left bud wasn't charging. I placed the Galaxy Buds + into the regular Galaxy Bud case and it charged it right up. I think the Galaxy Buds charger is DEFECTIVE.

I found a solution. My right bud wasn't working so I tried rocking it... nothing happened. Then I looked closer and saw that the right pin that connects to the Galaxy Bud to charge it was covered in ear wax, thus not charging the Galaxy Bud. (It couldn't reach the contact surface of the Bud.) So if none of the tips in the video work, check the case and try to clean it. It should solve your problem. Hope this helps. :)

I figured it out. Try cleaning your connections on the Buds and Case with Rubbing Alcohol and Q-Tip, then play with it until the Red Charging Light comes on. You can charge one bud at a time to see which one is the problem.
