Thanks, been trying to run russian and ukrainian programs and it fixed the issue. Weird how modern OS can't just display all symbols at this point and you have to do such shit

I'm looking for a fix for a text file that is showing the same way yours is. It's also in Russian. I'm using EditPad Pro 7. But the same happens in LibraOffice Writer. The text is from a VERY old email program that is no longer available and I've recovered the plain text version of the file which I need to make readable. Do you have any suggestions to offer?
