I already solved it on my own, I changed the dns to automatic (I had it customized) and now I can install origin

when i try to install from epic games it just tells me "Unidentified game" and requests a code for the game which i do not have because the game was free on epic games! i have contacted both ea support and epic games support and no one is able to solve this issue and it has been like a month already. this is so frustrating, i have a game in my epic games library i cant even play

I am having the same issue and Epic Games support only gives me standart answers. The problem is simple. You don't have no activation code.

I installed origin and everything is set up. But when I go on epic games and launch battlefront 2 it just says wait while we open origin even tho its open.

I have had this issue as well, try using task manager to end Origin fully, as it can be running in the background, and then try again once it has closed fully, this should help, if not, don''t blame me, im no tech wizard

@@jimmythejuicy1489 Thanks for trying tk help, but now another issue :/ I go on epic games, launch battlefront. It says "Running", but immediatly goes back to "Launch". I tried redownloading the game and origins, tried ending task and nothing. I just wanna play battlefront😑

Hey TroubleChute I tried starting BF2 by clicking the desktop icon but it keeps jumping between Epic Games and Origin. What can I do to fix it? Also I installed origin and BF2 in my hard drive while I am using the SSD

try disabling the graphics card and just run it on the intel processor (or whichever processor you're using), then it should sync automatically. ; )

How come it says you’re downloading at 14mb but then on the thing it says 0. Also on the download it says an hour or so but in the game thing it says 0 hours. Is that a problem because it happening to me.

Tried pretty much everything. Installing the thin or full setup does not work (error 16:3) Cleaned registry and deleted folders of Origin in %AppData% and %ProgramData% getting the same shite over and over again. running a clean copy of the Origin, does start up, but don't get Epic ticket to move onto Origin, just getting the same installer that closes without any error

Mine Says To play Unidentified Game, you must first activate it on your EA account.

It opens origin but not to the connect to Epic Games. It just goes straight to logging into Origin.

So I installed origins on a different user profile (I installed windows on a new SSD) and I was trying to access origins that was installed on that profile, which was the root of the problem in my case. if any of you guys are trying to access origins (or epic games laucher) which is not installed on the current windows' C:/ drive then that's not gonna work. Uninstall the previous instance manually and re-install the launcher and it should work.
