Have u tried to unplug all the cable link to the tv, then perform a power reset?

@@ArlanFixStuff No:) Where might those cable links be? And how to power reset? It clicks nicely when turned on, but blinks red after blinking green. For a while, it worked to hold in a button on the remote, then it would turn on. But I had to push the tv button on and off more and more. It worked less and less gradually over time. As if something was running out slowly more and more. A tv repairman looked at it, and the only conclusion was that it was something about the main board module. (I feel that was sloppy diagnostics) Sounded like he meant the whole mainboard)

Owh i see.. i'm not really sure about the cause, but from ur description it might be some component on the motherboards are failing overtime. U have to find someone who has knowledge about repairing motherboard

A light switch controls power to the outlet. My Panasonic Plasma TV was on and I accidentally turned the light switch off. The TV IMMEDIATELY DIED AND I CAN'T GET IT BACK ON...Any ideas to why? Or what can I do?? No light whatsoever..

I'm not really sure, but try pull out all the cable to ur tv, power cable, av cable, hdmi etc, then press power button a minute or two. Then plug in the power cable to turn it on.

It might be different for your tv, but mine is schottky diode B1300. It is better for you to have a look at your board first. Check the component first before buy it
