I tried to run the command, but nothing happened. CMD froze, but I could still interact with it (except for typing and deleting). idk if there is a way to fix it, but if there is please help

Same thing happened to me, I just closed the CMD window and redid the process again and it worked, although I just had a Windows update install overnight and the freezing got a whole lot worse

for me it shows - Error: 740 Elevated permissions are required to run DISM. Use an elevated command prompt to complete these tasks. plz help

Did you run CMD as an administrator? When you type it in your search bar, there should be an option for it on the right side when it pulls up.

Yeah I’m trying it to, my PC freezes on Roblox out of all games it freezes on Roblox 😹☠️

I updated Windows last night and all of a sudden this morning it's freezing like a lot. I'm gonna try your solution to see if i'm able to solve the issue. I have hopes because of the other comments, hope it works for me too 😢

@@GYZER18 hey, i usually turn it on in the morning because of my job, so i cannot tell you if this happened to me because of the hour i turned my computer on. But i can assure you that it stopped. To use the commands you just have to open the CMD application as administrator as the video shows, and then type the two commands that are shown in the video. For me it found some files that were damaged, that were the cause of my freezing, and the system cleaned them automatically. After that it doesnt freeze anymore. Mi computer is brand new so at least in my situation i didnt need any defragmentation or optimization of the disk, jumped directly to the commands and still worked.

If you have random crashing and a Intel 13th or 14th gen processor, and your motherboard is not set to Intel default power settings, most likely the processor is damaged. Contact Intel for warranty replacement or refund.
