Fix - "Windows Photo Viewer Can't Open This Picture Because You Don't Have Correct Permission" Error

Additional information: 1. If you're getting an "Access Denied" message then copy the folder where the images are to your desktop. You may get a prompt about "permissions", just click "accept". Once its copied, delete the original folder and then move the one you copied back to its original location. This will fix any permissions for the folder. (OR) 2. Create a new folder and copy your video or photo files into it. Once the files are copied, paste them to a different folder. After doing this, you should be able to view the video or photo thumbnails again. Be careful not to re-copy the copied files as this will prevent the thumbnails from displaying. Instead, delete the original files and replace them with the copied files. This should resolve the issue.
