Citywide cleanup they found this footstool really nice rich leather but it’s black the top is super worn and I’m really excited to see if I can make it pop and actually have some color from its faded distressed gray tone of sadness to a bright black 🌚

"Microfiber" leather??? I think you ALSO stated it "LOOKS" like leather, right? If so, you're saying it is NOT leather, right? This product is for an aniline dyed leather. There are a number of different ways to dye leather, and aniline is only one.

Any good leather conditioner will work man there some that won't darken the jacket though . Just make sure you use a vacuum and go over to get any excess dirt off before using the conditioner and let it sit over night

Nice product but cost too much for what I need it for. Touching up belts and shoes I may as well buy a new one for the price of a small bottle of restore. If that bottle can sit on my shelf for 8 years and still be good then it might be worth it but since I have no idea what the shelf life is this product will not work for me at the current cost.
