Well hello fellow internet user who got their router wet:D hope it all works out for us.

Is it normal for the router to make a sparking noise? Mine did that overnight. I was charging my t10 router and yeah it made the noise all night. Next day the carpet had a few flames on it and my router was melted into the ground. It's been in the water for way over a year. I lost it in a lake a few days after the release. I think it's been 2 years. Surprisingly no corrosion only no power and someone broke the lcd so now in my display panel, its filled with glass shards instead.

That spark was mostly due to water near power supply unit. Try to cover your router with plastic next time to prevent water damage.

Bro did you find any permanent solution for this? How to stop water entering our cables?

I did a little cut in the outer covering of wire, a little far from the router. Also, I have kept a napkin below my router to absorb the water. This is a temporary solution.

I tried creating a Cut and spiralled the wire round and round. Water still gets in 🤣🤯

Sir mera Nokia ka Dual band router hai, usme ekdum se 5ghz band ka signal aana band ho gaya, even 2.4 GHz ka name change ho gaya, aur jab ip address se modem mei login karne ki koshish karta hoon to jo default I'd aur password hai, uss se login bhi nahi ho raha, Isme kya karoon sir ke ye dikkat sahi ho jaaye?

It seems it was hacked. Factory reset kardo usko and set new login password. You need to also ask your ISP to change password for WAN login.

Contact your Internet Provider, they need to rebind the mac address and let you log in to their network as configuration might be lost.
