Fix Youtube Won't Run Without Google Play Services Problem

The problem is Google Play Services is not found in my apps manager, only Google Play Music and Google Play Store is there and when I tap on Google Play Store nothing happened, already cleared cache and data, turned phone on and off several times still gmail, KZbin and others not working, I can't sign in to Google Play Store either what to do?

Your google play store is missing. You have to download APK Play Store from google search engine. If still can't. You have to update your Google Play Service. Before, I have updated first. But problem was still there. When i realized there was no Google Play Store in my phone. I knew the problem i had. Then I downloaded Google Play Store APK and installed it. My Problem is solved. KZbin running normally.
