I've had a problem since a year. Everytime i want to download or update an app, it keeps saying "billing information problem" i tried everything, eventually i gave up and created another apple id on my phone. But the problem is, it wasn't doing this on my mac, so i kept the old apple id on it. That's until now. It started showing up again, and i don't want to change the apple id on my mac. How to fix this please??

I have a problem, every time I down an app from the App Store, it starts downloading and it gets to like 90% and the numbers say 12.64GB of 12.64GB so it should be done but it just stops, I checked my internet, I tried multiple apps that are all free, I tried restarting my computer, my internet is working perfectly, I don’t know what the problem is, some please help, also I have tons of storage, in fact I just got this computer and I don’t have anything on it yet

taylorwilson1151 Bro, Sign In with the Same Apple ID on your Mac again, and you sould get back everything that had gone missing after sign out. Then try to Download the App again, it might fix your issue. ☺️
