My BMW Professional CCC system keeps reeboting and reeboting, I have already tried several solutions, but it did not help.
Have anyone an idea how to solve the problem?
Cześć, po dłuzszym postoju z odłączonym akumulatorem w moim aucie popsuło się coś z radiem, a dokładniej całym sysytemem BMW Professional, jeśli auto stoi długo otworzę je i odpalę, zazwyczaj jest ok, ale jak będę to orbił dłużej albo auto było niedawno odpalone i wszystkie systemy po zamknieciu nie zdąrzyły sie wyłaczyć (ok. 15 min). To cały system się ciągle restartuje, co widać na wideo.
Wie ktoś jak można rozwiązać ten problem?

This issue is very common. BMW should do a recall. For this type of luxury vehicle to have a common issue with a radio is pathetic. Both my BMW's had this issue.

Try This; I had this problem on my 2006 530d Touring MSport after leaving it stood for 1 year outside. After reading that if the CCC is not getting a signal from a component then this may cause it to repeatedly attempt to reboot. With the car off I pulled fuses and re-seated each one turned around (or upside down)(switched the pin/socket contact). The large amp fuses behind the glove did it for me. Idrive back! Tonimech

+Mr Easykid The reasons are the clod solder joints. As i described it, i have solved it by rebailing/resoldering it. I used for it Hot Air. The tempreture should be above 330 Celscius degree.

Hi just to confirm is this the same issue that you have? I left the car for 4 weeks as i went on holiday 1) Cold engine - switch on the engine, 2) The BMW logo comes on, 3) The BMW logo then flashes, 4) Black screen 5) BMW logo comes on (i can hear the reboot) 6) Main Navigation screen comes on and it works perfectly - all functions IF i switch off the car and switch it back on again quickly then the unit works ie will start as step 5 and 6 above. However if i turn off the engine for more than a few minutes the above steps - 1 to 6 occur. From driving the car yesterday for 30 minutes - all features seem to work perfectly. If i reboot the system (pressing eject on the CD and DVD and pressing the volume nob), the system will reset as normal and start - as step 4, 5 and 6. My only issue is on a cold start Can someone confirm if this is the cold solder issue? Is this a DIY job (if youre used to doing a bit of soldering in the past). Could a profesional electrician (someone who repairs tvs and radios) be able to identify cold solder spots and re solder?

do MArca do 2017 wiec prawie dwa lata. Grzałem najpierw 330 C i nic nie pomogło [później zaryzykowałem i wygrzałem 400 C i pomogło. Oczywiscie ze na słucho bo do lutowania tego potrzeba lutownicy na podczerwien/ lutownicy BGA. Wiem ze jesli ktos tak Ci przelutuje i zmieni cyne to napewno sie naprawi. Musisz szukac w internecie ludzi ktorzy naprawiaja karty graficzne bo oni maja takie lutownice. cena takiej naprawy jak sie orientowałem to 200-350 zł

+Giovanni Balcazar As i have written You have to take the radio out, and take the housing out then you have to re-solder the things that are in black housing like flash memory etc. You can use solder it with soldering iron but i used for it my HOT AIR. the temperature of melting is 330 C, so You have to make a bit above it. You will see if its melting or not. i made a temperature of 400 C because by 330 C it helped only for a short time. If You do not can soldering You can take it out and go to same electric to fix it, it should not cost much by such a people

I have the same problem my ccc start rebooting. the sign BMW comes on and then turns off to black screen. after driving for 10 or 20 min, if I push some bottoms the radio comes on and works fine. but if I turn the engine off, got the same problem again. Any solution to reset it. I have tried pushing the 3 bottoms at the same time and it doesn't wok.

+Brickstaaa Yes I have fix it. took out the radio once again. unscrew it, and rebailed it with the hot air once again. The temperature on my Hot-AIR was a bit high 370 Celcius degrees. I heat the microprocessors and so on. Its a week since i done it, and now its working.

+Patricia Aliaga: If i have good understood. everything was fine, and then You have just put the new DVD navigation disc and it starts rebooting like mine on the video?? Have You tried to put the old DVD navigation disc? To be honest i do think that not the DVD was the issue, the isssue are always the cold solder joints, and it appear more probably when the temperature is under 5 Celsius degree. (Was cold on that days? Or days beafore?) If you put new DVD disc, the CCC system needs 3-5 min to reboot. And I will tell that, You have that solder joints broken, and then putted new DVD disc. As a result the CCC rebooted and do not want to turn on.

wiec w takim razie musisz pójść do kogoś kto ma lutownice na podczerwień do BGA. Szukaj pod hasłem "naprawa kart graficznych". I trzeba wymienić lutowie na nowe. Po prostu w BMW seri E do 2007 roku stosowani inne lutowie którew na skutek wysokich temp. podczas pracy i niskich w zime traci przewodność i wychodzą kwiatki:D

MrSibero 400 C okolo 1-2 min. Później musisz odczekać z 5-10 min az temp. spadnie. I dopiero poskrecac. Chodzi o to zeby gdy plyta jest goraca a Ty odruchowo przechylisz radio to mzoe jakis maly rezystorek odleciec itp. Raz tak mialem z telefonem lutowalem micro sd, podnioslem płytkę po 15 sekundach i z 5 rezystorkow odpadlo:) jesli nie pomoze to musiss znaleźć kogos kto zajmuje sie lutowaniem BGA (np. Naprawa kart graficznych) i odlutuje processor zbierze lutowie i zalozy nowe. Koszt takiiej imorezy jak sie orientowalem ok 350 zl plus wysylka. Ludzie którzy reklamuja sie ze naprawiaja CCC Profesional cenia sie juz ok 500 zl za rozebranie wykutowanie i wlutowanie:)

aiaiaiaiiaiaiaiaiai Yes I have fix it. took out the radio once again. unscrew it, and rebailed it with the hot air once again. The temperature on my Hot-AIR was a bit high 370 Celcius degrees. I heat the microprocessors and so on. Its a week since i done it, and now its working.

Reheating is not the solution. I can solve the problem, theres hardware problem, motherboard. Special tools and soldering skills needed. I can fix Units with no problem. Russian language too. Contact me and i give a good price and warranty :)

Приятелю,братле замених всички топчета на всички памети,вкючително и процесора остава само чипсета,но най-вероятно нямам такива малки топчета затова не ми се рискува..Възнможно ли е да е софтуерен проблема?Държи се по същия начин както след смяната на топчетата.Имам профи система и грамотни топчета не за първи път правя такива чипове,но се видях в чудо??
