I have the same one with that problem, tried to clean that needle and it didn’t help I guess I got to go back and do it again. After hurricane I powered whole house with it including AC. 😊 no problem

Use fuel stabilizer. When not in use turn off the fuel line and drain the carb bowl. This should solve your carb maintenance. Non methanol gas last longer.

I would also put a fuel filter and shut off valve that goes to the carb. And put a stabil in the tank to keep the gas from spoiling or clogging.

These are all Chinese clones looks pretty much like my predator motor on my generator. I run fuel stabilizer and I’ve had zero carburetor issues and my guess is almost 2 years old right now.

I have never had that problem because I only use Natural Gas.

Question.....I want to run my Firman to a transfer switch as well. Did you change your generator from a bonded to a floating neutral?
