The rear drain was clogged along the inner track of the sunroof, causing rain to back up and leak into the roof lining, and out through the rear speaker. Used a compressor to blast out the debris. Torx screws are T20.

This was by far, the best video showing how to get to the rear drain holes. With four torx screws on each side the forward and rear screws are a little tough to get to, but unlike some other suggestions you don’t have to remove the headliner. You can also use an 8mm hex socket. The front holes are easier to get to but getting compressed air to any of them does require a hose/extension nozzle/pipe. I also used a portable steamer to clean the gunk out of the drain tubes and the full length of the catch rail.

My 2013 had the same leak but mine ended up being the seam seal around the lift gate hinges.
