How do you manage the bike without the brakes 🤔how's this possible to brake what's the mechanism? Anyway your video's are amazing 👌🔥👍💯👌

There are a few ways to brake. First, just resist the pedals and it will slow you down, second is to put your weight over the front wheel then stopping the back wheel and fishtailing the back to drag the tire, lastly you can use your foot as a friction brake.

i just got into cycling. Are you guys wearing padding for your butts or are these saddles the type that dont hurt?

When it comes to saddles it's more about having an ergonomic shape rather than more padding. Your butt is definitely going to hurt for the first little bit, but that feeling goes away after the first 3-4 months. If I'm going on a longer ride I'll wear a cycling bib which has a built-in butt cushion under my regular clothes. Holler at me if you have any other questions fam, we're here to help. 🏁 💯
