Finally I got it to work - it took me forever to figure it out. What they don't tell you is there are 2 different kinds of volume profile fixed range's. One is from some dufus that posted it on there so when ever I searched for it of course the only one that kept coming up was the dufus's. He name is Lonesomethe... if you see that one don't use it!!!

How about making a volume checkered board on the screen where the volume of the price level would be multiplied by the volume at that time and the color density would be determined by the buy/sell bias. This way a very dark green square would be a buying signal and a very red square would be a selling signal.

Trading bots are mostly scams... but there are exceptions. You just need a lot a patience to backtest and run many bots, discard the ones that are scams and keep playing with the ones that are good. EDIT: since so many of you ask, yes I use Galileo FX.

Traders biggest enemy is trend flipping on A dime(e.g. 1H/lower time frame trend).Trend on 4H chart is the best trend guide for majority of forex traders( if one keeps trades for 2-5 days. By the time trader realizes that trend on daily chart is up, market has already gone up about 3-5 days & if you ask supercomputer for the mathematical odds, computer tells you that odds are negative right from the start.Trend based on the last 5-10,four hourly candles has enough players/juice behind it so that it would not flip on A dime, so trader has decent chance to make something without buying overpriced asset. I seek your wisdom?

it is a very useful tool and I was happy to see that IBKR also incorporated tradingview chart functions in their new chart. HOWEVER, when i chose the time period Oct 13.2022 until Jan 18 2023, the POC is in IBKR chart is 380 while on trading view web version is 395. The difference is HUGE!! Anyone has similar experience or explaination on this? Thanks a lot!

Thank you for this series. As i can see, most of the time, down volume is higher than the up volume on bars. That is, yellow part is almost always bigger than the blue part even if the price is rising. Can you explain this please?

It shows you over time; so over time, in that price range (yellow/blue volume bar) the yellow (sell) is heavier at those prices over that length of time. The general trend in the range he selected is a down trend, so it makes sense. @TheBusSharma

See the part where he explains developing VA/real time VA (23:03). The developing VA tells us that generally sellers are more powerful and price is falling. Relying on one indicator seldom gives us the complete picture.

Why, on God's Green Earth, would I put my alert at POC? Why would I want to buy at what is essentially "Fair Market Value"? Wouldn't it make more sense, if I am a long trader, to set my alert at one of the low-priced LVNs that I think price action might get to in the near future and then set my take-profit point at POC? If I am trading short, set my alert at one of the upper LVNs with an exit at POC.
