this is super confusing. If you look almost anywhere on the internet it talks about how p profiles are usually opportunities to get short and b profiles are opportunities to get long. in a b profile for example price quickly falls leaving a low volume area and then stabilizes which forms the bottom of the b. The bottom of the b showing that buyers are starting to step in and begin to potentially reverse the move downward. Can you please clarify this

From my pov, I normally devided p/b shape into diff cases because it depends on how you setup the time on your TPO. For i.e. 24:14 the left b shape is b positive shape implied an uptrend for me. The right b shape is b negative shape which implied a downtrend. To simplify this, we just need to remember that at the TPO chart, the value area is the fair value area accepted by the market

Ppl always ask what time frame. The timeframe you trade is up to YOU. Are you a scalper? Swing trader etc? You pick the time frame to use the strategy. Lower time frame you will get in and out the market with small increments of money. Higher timeframe you need to wait longer for the trade to form and go in your favor.

Yes, because volume data is undeniable. You will see the volume profile on your daily chart, but make your entrances and exits as you are currently trading on any lower time frame you like.

If it's not one of the shapes, then you can't predict anything from it for the next trading days... The profile shape is made in one day... and this day is made up of just the candles from the M30 chart
