Bro they have to address the incosistent subs not responding this singlehandily lost me 50% of my matches . I’ve seen content creators like papaberto address it to will have 3-4 subs to spare try to use it and it won’t respond costing him and others like myself games . I’ve never had the promblem in any other storm game till connections and I think it’s because it’s now it’s on 60 fps and with there current net code it causes it to miss certain inputs . This to me first thing that has to get address thier whole game is built on a sub system .

CC2 has had SEVEN chances technically 6 online though because storm 1 wasn't multiplayer. The thing is... How have we only JUST got quitter penalties and balance patches semi frequently? CC2 have fed us slop for years.

Bring back counter switching buff guards and nerf some characters jutsus like not just the cooldown because people find ways to get around it these days do something about the jutsus itself

Subs need fixed, can be mashing that mf for nothing to ever happen. Counters should COST something, Matches go round and round at higher levels. Switch tech does not always counter the targeting of other jutsu, or you switch straight into the other person combo for free. Defense items should be buffed heavy.. Stop making the only viable options be speed pill, kuni bags or paper bombs. I don't think jutsu needs reworked.. me personally, want to see kits that resemble the characters kit in the manga. Makes for more interesting fights, match ups, and play styles. increasing cooldowns for support is the best and most viable in terms of spamming.

*Problems with Connections:* 1. **PC Rage Quit Exploit** There is an exploit that allows players to rage quit on PC without facing any penalties. It's already hard enough to find a match on PC, but now it's even harder to complete a match because 90% of the community is abusing this exploit. While I won’t explain the exploit to avoid spreading it, players can press two buttons to desync the match, automatically ending it and escaping any penalty. 2. **PC Matchmaking** The game is in dire need of crossplay. Queue times on PC are unbearable, and you mostly face the same three players every day, which can be frustrating, especially if they are rage quitters. 3. **Fix Custom Lobbies** This issue was explained in detail in this video. 4. **Better Balances and Nerfs** The problem with nerfs and balance changes in this game is that they tend to nerf characters to the point where they become the worst in the game and no longer fun to play. Instead of just adjusting cooldowns, they need to rework the jutsu itself. Even with longer cooldowns, certain jutsus can still feel broken or annoying to go against. For example, Ashura's jutsu doesn’t need a slower cooldown - the jutsu itself needs tweaking. The blast radius and how Rasengan comes out should be reduced so it doesn’t take up most of the map. Additionally, you shouldn’t be able to walk back into DMS Kakashi's Kamui or get hit by it when you’re slightly close to it. 5. **Better In-Game Content** Events feel pointless because they offer no unique rewards. Unlike other games where events provide limited cosmetics and exclusive rewards, Connections offers nothing but tickets. These tickets can be used to buy skins that are already available in the game, but because you can buy those skins with Ryo anyway, the tickets feel useless. It would be great to see event modes switched up, such as replacing target matches with single matches or introducing a new 2-man team mode. 6. **Lack of Updates** More frequent updates and bug fixes are needed. You can’t leave game-breaking glitches unfixed for two months. If a glitch is detected, it should be addressed within a week. Larger updates, like DLCs and balance changes, can be part of the bigger updates that come out every two months. 7. **BP Distribution** (Edited) After thinking about it, I realized the BP distribution in this game is frustrating. I don’t know if it’s because I rarely get matches on PC, but you gain almost no BP from sets. If you go against a good player, it’s highly unlikely you'll win all 3 matches. I shouldn’t only gain 70 BP from a win, then lose 114 BP from the next match if I lose, and then only gain back 70 BP if I win the following match, and that’s IF the same person plays me again after I lose one match instead of taking off and leaving not giving me a chance to earn back my BP. Essentially, I’m going negative in ranked even though I’m winning, and that’s completely unfair. 8. **Seasonal Leaderboards** (Edited) After every update, the game feels like a new experience, with mechanics being changed or removed, and the meta constantly shifting. Pre-patch and the current version feel like night and day. I mention this because there are many players who were good during certain updates, which is fine, but now the leaderboard is a mess. On top of that, many players have manipulated their way onto the leaderboard through rage quitting, BP boosting, and glitching BP onto their account. To fix this issue, I believe we should have seasonal ranked leaderboard resets. There could be an option to view previous leaderboards from past seasons, but the game would feel fresh, and ranked players would have more incentive to keep playing. Currently, many players who hit max BP stop playing since there’s nothing left to do. This would also help alleviate the toxic player base that Storm has had for a while, especially in this game where players care TOO much about their BP. *Connections* is a dead game, and it’s relatively easy to make it onto the leaderboard. This has led to many players overly caring about their BP, which causes rage quitting or refusal to play full sets. I personally asked a player who was refusing to play me, and he simply said he didn’t want to lose his BP because he knew I would win. I feel like players wouldn’t care as much about their BP if they knew it would reset at the end of the season. Ranked rewards, like banners or cosmetics given at the end of the season, would also provide great incentive to keep playing. --- Let me know if I missed anything big. I think they need to get rid of unique support cooldowns completely. They should all have the same cooldown because rn there are jutsu with long cooldowns that don’t deserve it and jutsu with short cooldowns that are too strong. They need to just make changes to the individual jutsus like you said. I feel like the cooldowns are just a lazy way out of actually making jutsus fair.

Also wanted to add some of these for consideration: - P1 isn't always P1 on online matches. Needs to be fixed so we never become P2. It's disorienting. - Ability to adjust the HUD size - Matchmaking shouldn't be a thing in casual. Very hard to try out new combos and team. - We should be able to pull out of casual matches without penalty as long as it's before the match begins.

I for one think the storm series is run like a business, and not like art. I mean, the devs can have all the best intentions, but the shareholders are the ones making decisions, and the only language they speak is money. And you guys fell for yet another cash grab, half baked game. I don't think Bandai ever intended to make this game an AAA worthy of it's price. It wouldn't be profitable. Now the shareholders know that whatever poorly made game they manage to spew out, will sell to nostalgia driven gamers. We already tried communicating with them in every way we saw possible, game still lacking, a lot. Maybe next time, if it were to be one, only buy the game if it's polished to the last minute details. If we are lucky, then the shareholders will see this antics won't fly anymore and do a better game, or the same level of game by a more fair price. I needed to vent. In conclusion, as I see it, we are the ones to blame by this game's state. Sorry for bad english. Have a good one, guys!
