Hey Meredith, I would have done the same thing to my truck door if the tape would work. The flipping arm (pulley to close door) came off. Hubby said he'd fix it over a year ago. Still not done, may have to just tell him he can drive the truck, and I'll take the old car. Gauranteed it'll be fixed sooner than later. Happy Birthday Austin!!!! The family birthday get together, and having Austin's friends over was so sweet. Kids they just grow up so darn fast.

Thank you for sharing your real. Happy birthday to Austin! A few mistakes is what makes life interesting. Not saying I like making mistakes myself. But, if I am willing to learn from them, then that is like turning lemons into lemonade. A little cleaning and organizing in the shop would be helpful. I find that jobs don't take nearly as long if I know where the tools, parts, rags, and lubricants are located. It is also easier for others to help me if I can direct them to where something is. Meredith, my husband's garage looks like that too. Thank God it isn't attached to the house! I rarely venture out there because it makes me crazy. I was raised by a mom who was an OCD neat freak, and he was raised by a hoarder. Our two worlds met, and because it's not worth a divorce, I have learned to live with it. It's HIS space, and he in turn doesn't mess up MY space...much...lol.
