I remember when I took my kids to the dentist they pulled me aside and said "we'd like to give their teeth a a fluoride wash, okay?" I knew fluoride wasn't great and I said 'absolutely not' and they were all shocked. Why were they all surprised? How is everyone in the medicinal world so miseducated about fluoride? I'm now 50 and after seeing how many "professionals " handled the covid epidemic, I struggle to trust anybody in the medical world because they all seem so detached and holistically ignorant. I want to remain teachable and helpable but I really struggle trusting anyone

After 10 years on thyroid meds I was able to wean myself off by eliminating fluoride as much as possible, taking iodine, eliminating seed oils and changing my diet big time. I'm on no medication now at age 75. I'm energetic and have great blood work. Thank you for all this knowledge. I learn something new every day. I have a sign on my home office desk that says: The power the made the body, heals the body. But we have to be self-educated and put what we learn into daily practice.

F Pharma, and doctors who are just pharma reps. One put me on bp and cholesterol meds, I was skeptical, I switched doctors and weened off on my own. Guess what, new doctor never said anything. Now I'm on third doctor and he put me on a small bp med. I stopped that but bp crept up, I've been addressing that and reduced it 50%, the goal is to remove completely, but safely.

In March of 2000 my 27 yr old son died from sepsis pneumonia. They supposedly kept trying everything to get his lungs to respond & I was told he would not live but they were doing these things in hope to help others. I was also told that even if he lived, he would not have any kind of life, he would be like a vegetable. We took him off life support & he died. The ironic thing was that previous fall, my son told me that if anything happened to him & he could not live a normal life, he did not want to live as a vegetable. I still miss him every day.

My cholesterol runs between 240 and has been up to 306. The cardiologist insisted that I NEEDED a statin. My nutritionist suggest nitric oxide. I started NI. It did lower my blood pressure to the point that I got dizzy, and I had to adjust how much I was taking. After doing an EKG of my blood vessels, my cardiologist was SHOCKED that, even though my cholesterol was high, I had ZERO plaque in my blood vessels. The Cardiologist asked ME what I'm doing, and I told him. He said, "Well, you don't need me. Keep doing what you are doing."

Nasal breathing will produce nitric oxide. However, that depends on several things. 1) Do you have the NOS (enzyme) to produce NO, 2) Do you have the necessary precursors readily available. If the endothelium or epithelium are dysfunctional, then the NO is not produced.

My idiotic small town began putting fluoride in the water around 2005. Unbelievable!! There is an artesian well in town owned by a church cuz it’s on their property. The city has maintained that well and provides access to it by residents. They test it and offer it two ways, with chlorination and without. That chlorine free is so wonderful! I had 4 dozen gallon containers filled with it and stored them in my lower storage area for eight years. I didn’t add anything to them. No drops of bleach, nothing. Last fall I began to use them to see how they had lasted over that time. Not a single bottle was bad. They were as clean and clear as when I first stored them. I recently went back and began filling those I’ve used up. This is a profound lesson to me. We are being poisoned from so many directions. I’m now a widow, I’m it, no one else is looking out for me, I’ve begun to be very vigilant. Thank you for your message!

I'm an amateur weight lifter and a beginning bio hacker. I first started with L-arginine supplementation in the early 2000's. I then read about how difficult it is for our body to use the artificial L-Arginine, so I started looking for something better. I found out about L-Citrulline and how it is easily changed by our bodies into more easily used nitric oxide and not an artificial version from artificial L-Argnine. Since I have been taking L-Citrulline daily, I have lower blood pressure 128/70 and a lower resting heart rate than most my age(53) at 65-70BPM...all in spite of being "obese" by government standards. So, I wholeheartedly endorse using L-Citrulline to supplement the bodies need for NO. I feel good, clear headed and have plenty of energy(as long as I get the sleep I need). Also, I've been anti flouride since the 90s after I found a paper on the production and use of flourides...one of it's main uses is in rat poison. That was enough evidence for me to quit...lol I don't let my kids get flouride either when we go to the dentist and we all have an average amount of cavities. Our well water keeps us from being exposed to flouride too, always carry a water bottle around full of water from home.

Found it hard to keep up as well. Need like a newsletter to be able to read and refer back to when needed. Our doctors should know this among some other treatments for specific medical issues yet we have to learn them on u-tube. Doctors don't bother to spend the time keeping up to date on new treatments for medical issues. There are seminars periodically held for doctors to attend, which "some" do but, unfortunately most don't. Medicine and science are always changing. I bet if you took 20 regular doctors they wouldn't know ANYTHING about what has been discussed here.
@spark-taco
@spark-taco 11 ай бұрын
@@kimkulesa3041 Indeed. The reason for that is that the medical system is more a cult and money based system strictly enforced from the top than oriented to the healing arts. Remember, patients with resotored health don't need any more medicine$ and medical atten$ion. There's also a sick drive to grab on the power of the white coats. Ever since Rockefeller took over medicine a catastrophic field of monoculture is enforced where only AMA and Big Pharma species are allowed to thrive.

Yeah. He talks WAY too fast. There's sociological studies that show we only HEAR and understand about 20% of anything we hear (say, from teachers). (This perfectly explains why politicians like Joe Bidum get away with the gibberish they get away with) Add to that a rapid-talking-monotone-speaking person like this Doc? and we're probably 'comprehending' about 7% of what he's actually teaching here. I realize he is BRILLIANT and sincere about sharing his knowledge.

Here are some of the best foods for nitric oxide: Leafy green vegetables: Leafy green vegetables, such as spinach, kale, and arugula, are excellent sources of nitrates. Beets: Beets and beet juice are also excellent sources of nitrates. (I try to take this everyday). Citrus fruits: Citrus fruits, such as oranges, grapefruit, and lemons, are good sources of vitamin C, which helps the body to absorb nitrates. Garlic: Garlic is another good source of nitrates. Nuts and seeds: Nuts and seeds, such as almonds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds, are good sources of L-arginine, an amino acid that is converted to NO in the body.

I was so shocked & embarrassed I started crying as soon as he left the room. I should have got up and left but my anxiety was so bad I just sat there and let the tech clean my teeth. She was very gentle and friendly unlike him. @bikeman9899
@bikeman9899 Жыл бұрын
@jameskelly8506 Sorry your wife has a disease. I don't know what the cure is. Or if there is one. What I am saying is simply, the pharmaceutical industry sells formulas targeted at specific chronic conditions and their symptoms. They do not , as a rule in my experience, address the root causes of these conditions. Instead, the focus is on treating the symptoms. This approach can help many ppl, no doubt, but without addressing root causes, this method leaves other ppl with an on going, malady. Hence "there is no magic pill for every ill" expression. I am not saying it is the responsibility of pharmaceutical companies to cure chronic diseases. In many cases, e.g. type 2 diabetes, individuals can make enormous improvements by making lifestyle changes themselves. This is not easy or convenient or fast, but from my limited experience, can be immensely productive. Treating acute conditions is quite different. E.g. anti biotics for bacterial infections. Penicillin and subsequent new antibiotics have saved the lives of 10s of millions of ppl I'm sure worldwide. That's a conservative estimate im.sure. Could well be hundreds of millions, I don't know.

I was under the impression that a family doctors job is to slowly kill the patient, while extracting fiat currency from them for pharmaceutical companies. It is a wonderful thing if you can find a really bad medical DOCTOR(commercial legal status), who practices healing instead of just medicines. They can prescribe anti-biotics when there is that rare case you need them, and they can help you discover safe routes to better health. I've never found such a doctor, but I gave up on them about 12 years ago, after trying to go to a good few different ones, and they all tried to kill me. Antacids(nexium) was one of the worst cases, and maybe Prozac a close second. Honestly, watching videos like the above, reading up on symtpoms and anecdotes, trying these things as small tests, has improved my health and cured a lot of the issues all those doctors and professors could not even fathom at all. As you can probably tell, i am most likely traumatized by doctors at this stage, but if you managed to find a good one, I'm very happy to hear that. It's really a rare thing in my country.

This is great stuff. I was on antactids and PPEs for years because of stomach reflux but I quit because it felt like it was stripping my teeth somehow. Turns out all I had to do was to stop binge drinking and eat a bit less. Acid reflux cleared up in no time, it only comes back if I have a bit too much to drink on Christmas or whatever.

I really like how this guy fully understands that the body is alot smarter than we are. Alot smarter than any professor or doctor in the world and knows exactly what it needs to do. After millions of years of evolution we have arrived at this point in time. Every cell is programmed and working hard for health, except....you. Simply leaving your body alone and trusting it is almost fully automated for health(fasting and meditation). Going back and connect with nature.(walking). While eating things that actually look like natural food. It is not very complicated. Health is just a basic requirement of life. Still, the human codition is that we want to mess up something everyday in the world or ourselves with modern living. Brainwashed by the economic forces how to be, live and eat. We will have to pay the consequences.

Yet, over the past year or two I have an overall malaise feeling. I’m tired a lot. Enjoyed this interview. Long time Dr. Joel Wallach has also emphasized the importance of stomach acid in our bodies. Acid levels should be 1.0 - 2.0 range. The marketing and consumption of alkaline beverages, I believe, has been unhealthy for the many who believe this. Real mineral salt, not table salt, is very good to ingest as it helps make stomach acid-hydrochloric acid to create pepsin which will then help work to digest proteins down to amino acids.
