The printer keeps trying to feed paper when scanning of making copies even if there is no more paper to scan or copy and we get the error msg of jam in paper feed.

None of these jams refer to the rear of a MFP M477 - I have watched them all - but mine is jammed in the back door & caught in the teeth so it’s ripping the paper. I can’t see a release anywhere!
