Fixing a 350z convertible top(full walk around)

I’ve seen a TSB on the issue with the cable in the rear lid. It says you should be able to spin that cable into the motor, but I’ve had no luck. My cable just seems to sit loosely in the motor and like yours, on the end with the cotter pin, it’s all bunched up. If you have any ideas on how to “screw” that cable into the motor, I’d be happy to test it out on mine.

So I did screw it back in, I’m going to have an update video here soon, my new motor comes in on Saturday. There is another video I saw that mostly showed how to roll the cable back in. Let me know if you want me to make a video on it!
