check with testo or your hvac suppliers, i believe testo probes have replaceable gaskets, just normal wear and tear on those gaskets can eventually cause leaks.

I don’t see how that system ever come close to cooling with the line twisted as bad as it was. Good job ! Thanks for spending that extra time on the roof with a camera to make a video! Have a blessed day !

There is nothing wrong with breaking a vacuum with nitrogen. I have done it thousands of times on stubborn systems that had moisture trapped in the oil or wherever. I have also never had water in a nitro tank. I have been doing this for about twenty years

They teach us to triple evacuate systems like that these days

Purging with nitrogen removes oxygen from the system, preventing oxidation and corrosion.

Have a question. What’s the name of the quick connected you use
@KenMagee2 ай бұрын
The ones he used are Rectorseal Pro-Fit. I have been using them for 2 years and haven't had a leak yet.

Ray my Turbotorch is only a year old and it's a screamer too. I don't think it's anything other than the air mix. No point in upgrading unless the thing is leaking.

Agree turbo torches scream, nice broad hot flame, works great for brazing. I have oxy ace also but use turbo mostly except for 3/8 and smaller in close quarters.
