Thank you. It was the same issue I had. With your video, I was up and running in 15 minutes. Shame Anycubic have not worked out this problem and put a video out themselves.

I have a problem with the leveling of the table, the left side is higher than the right side, how can I solve the leveling of the table, I already did the initial configuration and it didn't work, the z offset calibration didn't work either, the unevenness continues

I had the same issue luckily I bought some industrial tweezers for 5 bucks on amazon and I was able to wiggle out the stuck filament and it works! thank you for saving me a headache

funnily enough thats not my major problem ive had with this printer maybe once it jammed up like that the biggest problem ive had with my kobra is leaky nozzles/lack of 3d party parts for repair/mod. i want to get a e3d revo 6 for my 2 neo but thats expensive and i have to do extensive modification to the print head i dont wanna do. been using it about over 2 years now(ps the cold side heatsink is the hardest to get and if i tap it it MIGHT fit a revo 6 nozzle but unsure)

Thank you! My son bought himself this printer and it jammed within his first few prints. We had no idea what to do so we contacted Anycubic. They sent us some links, none of which were helpful. Scrolling KZbin I found this video and it is EXACTLY what we needed. Thank you so much! ....do you have any advice on how to avoid jams?
@954Film2 ай бұрын
What I have found best to avoid jams is to heat the printer to 220-230 and push a decent amount of fillement through before pulling the old filament out
@954Film2 ай бұрын
You can also use the extrude function on the printer and let the printer heat and push a bunch out that works best

Thank you so much! I also had little plastic pieces falling out as soon as it was opened up. :D Used some compressed air to get it super cleared and back in business!

Thanks for the video; I have one question. I just got my new Neo, which would not extrude. I tried a cold pull, but it did not work. So, I took it apart, as you showed. There was no jam, but I found a blue tube just below the extruder into the print head. It looks like some kind of guide, but it seems to jam the filament. Do you have any thoughts? Upon further research, I see that the blue tube is, in fact, a sort of guide into the print head. Still, wonder how to get the filament to feed from the extruder to the print head; that tube blocks the filament. best rrm

I have had to replace this tube on one of my printers because it was not allowing filament through.

Hello, I have a problem with the same printer, the automatic calibration does not want to work, I always get an abnormal calibration, do you know what the cause is?
@954Film4 ай бұрын
You mean you still get a failed print after doing a calibration? If that’s the case than you most likely have to raise or lower your z offset
@JaxonSmith-dg3lp4 ай бұрын
I had the same problem and the offset doesn’t work (at least for me). You have to adjust the sensor (orange thing next to the nozzle) because for some reason it’s off. You can do this by going to anycubics site and following the instructions of how to switch out your sensor

Which is better this or ender 3 base model
@954Film6 ай бұрын
I like this printer far more it’s faster and has less weird problems
@flamixin2 ай бұрын
Ender3 Because hotend and extruder on this kobra is proprietary and not well designed, and there is no upgrade part because the rarity. Ender3 with bimetal hotend upgrade will be much more reliable.
