Awesome job. How do you know if parts have a warranty. I know some parts do? Then keeping track of what vacuum has the warranty part.

Most warranties-possibly all-are based on the date of purchase - If that information isn’t available then they’ll turn to the date plate label on back of the vacuum which will have the model and serial number. And amongst those number you’ll sometimes find the manufacturer date and the warranty will go by that date instead. Keep in mind that the part has to defective due to manufacturer mistakes and not customer error

Why did you get into the vacuum repair business?

I used to sell Kirby‘s and I noticed that there was a lack of repair centers around and one year I decide to stop selling Kirby‘s and the next year I opened up a shop.
