Hey what does it mean when I have a dent that I pop out and then when I press on the area, it pops back in

Hi. That dent was stretched/oil canned. It means there is too much metal and it doesn't have anywhere to go. You need to use a power pdr box machine or something similar to stabilize the dent and finish it.
