Fixing a silicone ladle. I prefer to fix instead of throwing away. Very easy fix with gorilla glue!

I prefer to fix items around the house instead of throwing them away, especially every day use items, like this silicone ladle. This is an easy fix with @GorillaGlueCompany glue. Simply clean the parts, dampen the areas to glue together, apply the glue and clamp together! It should cure for 24 hours for maximum strength!! If there's some squeeze out, it can be easily scrapped off. After the repair, washed it after handling it with my dirty hands, and ready to dish out some dinner!!

Great question! Epoxy could definitely be used. The gorilla glue (or other brand equivalent) is easier to use and stores longer. The glue I showed also has some flexibility when cured, which helps since the ladle handle will flex.
