damn bruh you saved me 20 bucks on buying a new zippo, (havent found a place that sells flints). thank you so much man, didnt know that yellow screw was for the flint, i just took it out and set it back carefully.

late response but ebay is your best place you can get bags with like 300 flints for a few dollars

Not many places have it in stock like that. You would have to go online. Or find a store that regularly have these.

with mine sometimes the tiny bit inbetween the flint and the metal base of the lighter just gets stuck my solution was simply take out the spring, lightly bash the lighter in the table then just put it right back in and should be fixed :)

I had the problem like you had at the beginning where the wheel wouldn't even budge, pushing it forwards has literally no friction at all so won't spark that way neither, it just spins when i flick i forwards. Not sure why as it has brand new flint, wick and fuelled up.

my flint is very small and it is stuck under the wheel. I got this lighter from a friend and seems fairly knew, but the flint seems to be very unmovable. is there a liquid or something i can use to loosen it out maybe?

First off, I am American so unfortunately I am not sure about stores in Australia. If you have Amazon, that is a good place. Ebay is also good. Zippo flints are also usually sold at smoke shops. The dispenser is just what Zippo flints come in. Secondly, if you are sure there is nothing blocking the flint from the flint wheel, you can really jam on the wheel to get it moving. It won't break unless you are the hulk. If it is blocked, you should use a small screwdriver or pin.

is it that i need a new flint? if there is no spark period. it was working b4 then after wheel got stuck but still sparked after it got unstuck no spark at all, removed put back still no spark. so may it be the flint if so were can i get a set of them??

If there is no flint in the tube, you need one. As for where to buy them, usually drug stores have them. If you are in America, I am positive Rite Aid carries Zippo flints.

Yup that's most likely - use a magnifying glass to see if it is worn.

Yeah it was stuck. I tried jamming it like you said in a previous comment cause I didn’t wanna throw it away. The small bit of flint was almost out and somehow it was stuck. I have some spare flints. I gotta reup on some wick and flints and fluid soon. Thanks for the video, I subscribed.

Hi I keep removing the small piece. Im assuming that's the flint. I put it back in tighten the screw but it still keeps getting stuck. I've only used this lighter a few times.... Can I spray a little bit of WD 40 on it??

Online, smoke shops, and some stores have it. I have been around some big stores and they don’t even have lighter fluid, flints, and wick for lighters. It’s best to go online or a smoke shop , cause a place may say they have it and half the times they won’t.

I wouldn't. It might make the flint catch fire. You should just let the flint wear in.

It should spark. You need fuel if you want fire. You'll have to go out and buy some zippo fluid.

Adam Lucio lV Who said you need fluid for a spark? Flint supplies the spark. I said you need fuel if you want fire. If it is sparking and there is fuel, the next thing to look at is your wick.
