Concerning the low oil pressure warning remove the engine base oil sump and check the oil pump pick up tube for sludge.

Honestly all things considered for a rust belt 20 year old car this is not bad at all. Considering what happens to domestic trucks and Toyotas out here, this Touareg has next to no rust lol. Thank you!!
